All visitors must arrive at our Airlie Beach location prior to embarking for a pre-departure briefing.
Our Arrival Desk operates from 7.30am to 8.00pm every day.

Passengers on 3 day 2 night voyages leaving at 9.30am should arrive by 7pm the evening prior to departure. |

Passengers travelling on Solway Lass 3 day 3 night voyages departing at 7.30pm Saturday or Tuesday should arrive by 4pm on the departure day. |

FRIDAY DEPARTURE Passengers travelling on the 3 day 3 night Whitsunday
Magic REEF Tour, or 6 day 6 night ISLAND AND REEF Cruise departing
Friday afternoon must arrive for a pre-departure briefing by 2pm.
This departure is from Abel Point Marina Airlie Beach.
MONDAY DEPARTURE Passengers travelling on the 3 day 3 night ISLAND
Cruise, departing Monday afternoon have two choices:
1. If passengers arrive via Hamilton Island, they travel to the mainland by Ferry. Please inform us so we can arrange your Boarding Time and Location at Hamilton Island. Please verify your pickup location on Hamilton Island with our Reservations Team on 1800 355 377 or +61 7 4946 5932 no later than 48 hours before pickup.
2. Passengers boarding from the mainland, must arrive at our
office by 2.00pm. We will arrange complimentary transfers to board the cruise.

Items to Bring: We request that you keep your luggage to a minimum,
and suggest using soft bags. We recommend: swimwear, beach towel, sunscreen,
cap, sunglasses, camera, extra film / batteries, thongs or sneakers for island walks,
preferred music CDs/Ipods, a jumper for cooler nights.
If you have bigger bags you wish to leave behind, storage is offered at
most lodging locations in Airlie Beach, or a storage facility is located across from our arrival desk.
For passengers travelling on Whitsunday Magic, larger bags can be stored on board. |

Sailing Arrival:
Upon arrival, we will request you to fill out a form. This process ensures we deliver an experience that is secure, engaging and unforgettable. We will record vital information, such as your emergency contact details, any dietary restrictions, any health concerns that could help us support you if needed.
We will arrange complimentary transfers, wetsuit rental (if desired), and deliver comprehensive information regarding your voyage.
The arrival procedure typically takes around 15 minutes.
Whitsunday Climate: Many things are within our control, but regrettably the climate is not one of them. It's challenging to know whether conditions will be perfect or cloudy/wet. Rest assured, throughout most of the year the Whitsundays enjoy pleasant, warm weather, and it is unusual to feel chilly during daylight hours, even during rainfall. Summer nights tend to be warm and muggy, whereas Winter nights can drop to 12c, so a jacket or jumper is recommended.
