Fly to Hamilton Island & transfer via ferry to the mainland. Depending on the route, the transfers will range from 30 to 70 minutes. Once you land at Hamilton Island Airport, retrieve your luggage, and the ferry terminal is 50 metres away.

An alternative to the Ferry from Hamilton Island, is a LIGHT PLANE TRANSFER to Airlie Beach, available with Island Air Taxis. Phone: +61 7 4946 9933. Airlie Beach airport is situated 4km's from town. Taxis operate from the airport into town.
